Associate Director - Credit Analysis - Mid Corporate Group - Bank

Position : Credit Analyst in Mid Corporates Group

Job Role

1. Prepare credit appraisal notes and present the same to the board

2. Assess the proposal for feasibility based on the stage of a company, sustainability and scalability of the business model, equity raising plans.

3. Structure the transaction and stipulate covenants to mitigate the risks

4. Provide support to achieve Business Plan through quick turnaround of NTB proposals and new deals. Evaluate all deals in terms of appropriate balance between reward and risk.

5. Fully adopt Early Warning System to strengthen risk monitoring

6. Analyze credit data, financial statements, projections; perform internal credit rating; and prepare credit assessment memo as per stipulated guidelines and policy
