Your role : Do you like juggling numbers and extracting story lines from big piles of data? Are you motivated to join our team and support in controlling cost flows between its business divisions in an increasingly demanding cost environment? The role requires analysis and systems skills to report and explain cost allocations to senior management in a meaningful way. Your Team : The role is within the Group Finance, Enablement team in Pune, IN, working closely with onshore management. We are a small team of experienced specialists, coming from varied backgrounds. We are ultimately responsible for all cost allocation processes (monthly closing, FY Forecast, Strategic Planning) within respective functions, starting with process design, ending with management presentations and covering everything in between. Your Responsibilities : - Work very closely with various stakeholders (onshore team and Business Partners) ensuring the required cost allocations transparency and providing comments tailored to the respective audience - Prepare analysis, reports and presentations using various data sources and working with provider representatives to deliver valuable cost insight to the stakeholders and Business Divisions - Participate in closing calls and various review meetings and present the cost allocation Forecast towards Division control team, follow up with various parties on issues raised, escalate issues if needed - Partner with clients and onshore Subject Matter Experts to ensure processes and data are fit for purpose - develop and enhance reports and visual representations of data and processes - Notify stakeholders of upcoming changes which affect methodology or calculation
