- Building a strong association between Corporate and Corporate Travel Use cases
- Cost effective marketing campaigns (high-ROI) that help drive :
a. New customer account addition
b. Increase in active users
c. Increase in frequency of usage
Responsibilities
- Drive lead generation, DMU engagement, end-user engagement and brand building in the relevant target group for Corporate
- Conceptualization and execution of Strategic (and tactical) B2B and B2B2C marketing campaigns, to communicate the benefits of using Corporate for travel, drive new account addition and increase account engagement
- Lead Generation: Implement account-based marketing strategies across prospects; lead nurturing processes through email, social, and other inbound and outbound channels, together with other stakeholders
- DMU engagement: Design and drive campaigns to communicate the benefits of using Corporate to the decision makers and influencers across prospects and existing accounts
- End-user engagement and brand building: B2B2C marketing campaigns to position Corporate as the preferred solution for all corporate travel in the minds of end users and to drive up awareness, consideration, trials and overall frequency of usage
- Communication planning and design (together with the content and design teams) - digital and offline marketing to influencers and end users of corporate partners, through emails, sms, push notifications on the app, on-site marketing etc.
Expertise and Skills Required :
- Prior experience of delivering break-through B2B marketing campaigns, to drive business growth
- Big picture thinking to drive integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Experience of planning and executing targeted campaigns to different customer segments
- Deep understanding of consumer needs and pain-points
- Digital marketing expertise
- Keen eye for good content and creative thinking
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
