Associate Director - Contract Management Practice - Legal Process Outsourcing

Looking for an Associate Director to head the rapidly growing Contract Management practice., preferably from an LPO/in house background.

Responsibilities :

- The role will initially be to take charge of the current portfolio of projects. It will also include setting up and stabilizing the new projects, from resourcing to transition management to strengthening the client relationship and taking the project to a steady-state. 

- The responsibility covers managing client relationships, overseeing deliverables, people development and management, and operational excellence.

- You will be responsible for the P&L of the clients' portfolio and will also be involved in growing the revenues through new client acquisition, product development, and growth of existing accounts.

- As Associate Director, you will be a member of the company's BPM Leadership Team, contributing to setting the business's overall direction and its day-to-day management.
