Associate Director - Contingent Workforce Program (12-18 yrs)

About the position

This position is responsible for managing the APAC region of the program including oversight of the service provider providing operational support, engaging with business unit management to resolve issues, provide business solutions and ensure program compliance. This role collaboratively works with other regional and global program owners as well as strategic technology and operational service providers globally to provide an end to end contingent labor management program.

Responsibilities:

- Drive global contingent labor program engaging with the management, employees, service provider and contingent workers to onboard and support contingent workforce management across the region.

- Takes a lead role in managing assigned projects to continually improve the process for business users and suppliers within the contingent workforce program. Works closely with the managed service provider and technology supplier to accomplish this.

- Help manage the Temporary Staffing Program for APAC through handling escalations or production issues between the managed service provider and end users. Continually seeks to improve the end user experience. Provide regular and ad-hoc operational reports and trend analysis for managers and executives on recruitment process, contractor procurement and staffing agency effectiveness

- Ensures continued compliance with program policies and monitors for regulatory changes that require program control enhancements.

- Collaborate with globally distributed team to enhance and develop contingent labor program maturity

- Monitor contingent labor program operational execution against defined service levels and policies

- Communicate program changes with regional stakeholders, clients and service providers.

- Provide information concerning business intelligence, benchmarking, and workforce analytics and consolidate data/information to present for review with primary stakeholders and drive decision making

- Provide contractor market knowledge (including general availability of skills, rate guidelines, provide guidance to managers on various legal/risk/compliance issues surrounding contingent workforce)

- Identify, track, and manage issues, risks, and action-items for the region, while demonstrating consistent follow-through

Desired Requirements:

- Prior knowledge and experience with a global vendor management systems (VMS) tool (Preferably Beeline)

- Highly collaborative individual with experience in project or program management

- Possesses skills in process / systems design and service delivery and understands the requirements to gain business unit engagement

- Possess strong skills including utilization of the Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

- Capable of working in a virtual team with matrix management

- Ability to effectively communicate with and respond to questions from managers, executives, staffing agencies and contractors

- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and solve problems

- Experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment

- Understanding of recruiting metrics, report development and analysis

Education

- Minimum Required: BA/BS in Human Resources Management, Business, Finance or related field

- Preferred: MS in Human Resources Management, Business, Finance or related field

Experience

- Possesses 5+ years of minimum relevant experience successfully supporting an outsourced contingent labor program

- Overall 12+ years of experience successfully supporting an outsourced contingent labor program
