Associate Director, Content Marketing ( Edtech)
Hiring for a leading Series B funded company in Edtech ( Into New Age Skills)
- Your KPI would be leads generated through content driven channels.
Your roles and responsibilities include :
1) Content Strategy
- Research the various channels where our target customers (i.e. - mothers of children from 4 to 15+ years of age) consume content on various channels
- Analyse web traffic on various keywords and channels
- Craft the content strategy for various channels and build the content calendar.
2) Content Development
- Develop compelling and valuable content through in-house teams and through agency partners
- Develop different forms of content such as YouTube videos, reports, articles, podcasts,
webinars, presentations, e-books etc.
3) Measurement and tracking
- Track and monitor various KPIs such as traffic, leads, lead to conduction, conversion and ROI on a daily basis
- Create dashboards and reports
4) Team building and leadership
- Build a strong content team of copywriters, video producers and designers
What are We Looking For? :
- MUST HAVE 8 to 12+ years of experience in content marketing with a B2C consumer internet company
- Excellent written communication skills and creative thinking
- Proven ability to create the content strategy with the aim of generating leads
- Strong understanding and comfort with all forms of digital content such as videos, articles, blogs, reports etc.
- A strong understanding of SEO and web analytics will be highly desirable
- Very strong orientation towards meeting KPIs and leads targets and looking at data driven insights
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to hire and grow team members
