Associate Director - Consulting - Industrial & Auto Sector - Big4 Advisory Firm

We are looking for Associate Director(AD) - Industrials and Auto, Delivering end to end consulting - design to implementation for clients.

JOB ROLE:

- The Customer & Channels team is looking to hire an Associate Director to drive business and deliver projects with a focus in the Industrial and Auto sectors.

 The individual will require to:

- Help define solutions that are relevant to the practice and the sector

- Drive business development by supporting the Partners and Directors on sourcing leads and owning pursuits end to end.

- Own and manage the project deliveries by successfully managing client engagements and intenral team as per defined timelines

- Drive the solution thinking within the project team with minimal assistance from the Project Director

- Manage relevant client stakeholders in complex and intense consulting assignments

- Mine existing clients for additional business opportunities and drive aggressive sales efforts

- Ensure project economics by managing invoicing, collections and managing project expenses with the team

- Drive Knowledge Management ; mentor & develop managers

The individual should have had work experience in:

1. Leading and delivering large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions

2. Experience of working with clients in areas around.

3. Generating customer and market insights , competition assessment

4. Articulating their customer strategy and vision for customer experience

5. Go To market Strategy

6. Sales effectiveness - sales process, structure, CRM technologies, defining omni-channel path to purchase mediums and designing technology platform to deliver the same

7. Channel effectiveness - channel design, coverage and footprint, channel capability development, channel engagement and evaluation, Dealer Management Systems.

8. Omni-channel initiatives

9. Designing and implementing change initiatives considering digital and non-digital interaction models
