- Responsible for managing Compensation & Benefits Benchmarking end to end Globally for the organization

- Ensure cautious benchmarking spend and responsible for maintaining solid ROI

- Management of a team of C&B Benchmarking Managers & Analysts/Specialists

Ideal Candidate:

- Minimum 15 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits benchmarking is a must

- Only candidates who have worked in consulting organizations on compensation & benefits benchmarking projects for clients will be considered

- Team handling experience mandatory
