Associate Director - Collections - FinTech (6-10 yrs)
- To achieve collection targets for the portfolio across marketplace.
- Meeting the Target on Cost of Collections.
- Setting up and managing the entire collections process and infrastructure.
- Appointment and management of collections vendors PAN India
- Building the collections strategy for the portfolio.
- Managing and leading the inhouse collections team.
- Working closely with risk and analytics team for improvement in collections and underwriting.
