Client Success Head (B2B Large Account) ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
For a Leading B2C Fintech... ( A NBFC too) Looking for
CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER/HEAD (SR.MANAGER / ASSOCIATE DIRCETOR
KRA :
- Build strategic relationship with Large partners of the organisation
- Driving revenue enhancement in the accounts and aid partners right from on-boarding to making them a success.
- Manage a team of client success managers
- Co-ordinate with the cross functional teams to assist the partners
- Understand and improve the product based on feedback, issues, and user experience
Desired Skills :
- A customer centric Customer/Client Success leader who has good business acumen /problem solving & relationship building skills.
- Good communication & team management/stakeholder handling skills
- Degree with 7+ years of experience/ postgraduate (MBA preferred)
- Experience in Marketing, Partnerships, or Account Management
- Experience in B2B SaaS companies is a must.
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks - Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
