Role:
- We are looking for an Associate Director Client Servicing for our Social Media & Communications part of business to effectively lead our digital client services & Strategy team. Role involves managing a team of account Managers and account strategists as well as servicing some of our top customer accounts
- The position is also responsible for defining the delivery processes and overseeing projects.
- This role will lead a team of 8-10 people including account managers, digital strategists ensuring revenue, and retention goals are met.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership Areas
- Timely & High quality delivery of Scope of work
- Ownership of Client Success, Retention & Interaction
- Building Marketing and Business Strategy for Clients
- Recruiting, training, upskilling & retaining client servicing team
Key Functions of Operation:
- Social Media & Branding
- Search Engine Optimization
- Website Design & Development
Revenue Contributions:
- Help define and put in process upsell activities to achieve revenue and account growth targets
- Play a key role in exploratory initiatives & new projects
- Complete ownership of client retention
- Support the business development team with new pitches
Team Contributions:
- Manage resource allocation and workflow with primary objective of maintaining/improving margins
- Recruit, coach, mentor and recognize performance for an industry-leading digital marketing team all while executing on a philosophy of continuous improvement in all that we do.
- Maintain and foster cross functional relationships to improve delivery quality
- Build credibility throughout the organization as an effective problem solver and thought-leader who maintains up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, processes, and industry developments & trends while continuously maintaining a demeanour of approachability.
Knowledge/Skill Set Required:
- Demonstrated track record of organic growth on social media & website channels
- Outstanding project management, training and presentation skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a customer centric attitude
- High creative aptitude & ability to provide high quality inputs to creative delivery teams
- Ability to work towards common goals in a group operations/sales environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Outstanding analytical and data management skills
- Ability to reach out and build relationships with other teams across the organization
- Eager to learn and lead others to learn
Education Qualification / Work Experience Required:
- A master's degree in business administration is desired but not required.
- 7 or more years of individual digital media experience; account management in digital media
- 3 or more years of experience directly managing a fast-paced, quality-focused, client-facing team of 5+ members
- 3 or more years in a reputed creative first digital agency in a branding & social media management role
- Outstanding leadership skills, including lead by example management style with the ability to make decisions and own them
