Associate Director - Channel Sales - FMCG (8-10 yrs)
Job Description:
- Overall 8-12 years of experience (Tier 1 MBA Passouts 2011-2013 Batch) with FMCG Space
- Very good experience in Channel Sales (General Trade Side)
- Ability to build and manage a very large team
- Drive a large team to deliver results consistently
- Responsible for driving customer onboarding, sales, TPC, AOV through TRM.
- Helping the team with the right tools to drive their productivity. This will need co-working with the product team, HR & category teams. Hence, needs to have strong stakeholder skills.
- Know the customer: Deeply understand customer behaviour, develop new customer insights
