- Pipeline Management,
- On-boarding and ongoing support of partners.
- Become a product / solutions expert to answer questions/inquiries
- Team Management
- Identify acquisition & activation of new channel partners
- Interact with channel partners, motivate and push the product sales.
- Negotiating and closing deals for channel partners customers.
- Planning and implementation of new methods for channel sales and ensuring the compliance of the same.
- Design new motivational schemes for the channel partners and handling the same for the better productivity.
- Suggesting new management for new ventures and profitable tie-ups.
- Handle channel partners and resolve the queries of the customers.
- Handling the team of channel sales and motivate them for the high performance.
- Training the new comers for the sales.
- Identify institutional and non-institutional sales channels.
- Coordinate with various verticals for the sales and after sales services.
- To know the trend of the customers and their requirements and also analyze past sales and project future sales for the company
- Arrange periodic meetings with the seniors and executive to have clear communication in the department
