Governance Institute: Governance Institute is a platform for the organization to promote its expertise in areas such as Advisory, Audit and Tax. It aims to engage the firm's target audience - comprising of key decision makers such as CEOs, Executive, Non-executive and Independent directors - on topical issues through channels such as seminars, panel discussions, training sessions, publications and periodicals.

RC Center of Excellence: The CoE team is responsible for managing Governance Institute activities and other thought leadership activities (events, publications, etc.) across the firm's risk consulting practice.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Implement Risk Consulting (RC) Head's vision on practice development

- Serve as a PMO for activities relating to the firm's Institutes under RC such as the Governance Institute and Audit Committee Institute

- Be accountable for ensuring the success of these activities

- Explore mutually beneficial partnerships with industry/trade/Government bodies and other third-parties towards that end

- Find innovative ways to engage with the firm's target audience through the firm's Institutes

- Manage Governance Institute's outreach programmes such as panel discussions, seminars, training programs, etc., aimed at engaging the target audience, from conception to implementation

- Conceive, design and execute primary and secondary research on topical issues affecting the firm's target audience and feed it to practice/service line leaders

- Contribute to the creation of the firm's point-of-views on these topical issues by taking help of internal subject-matter experts

- Proactively contribute to the firm's thought leadership activities (including publishing white papers, survey reports, media articles, etc.) by effectively collaborating with practice/service line leaders

- Assist the firm's partner/directors in their speaking assignments at the firm's or third-party events by providing relevant research, indicative talking points and the organization's point-of-views

- Co-ordinate with service line leaders/teams to ensure the effectiveness of the company's knowledge management activities

- Mentor a team of high performing individuals to assist in the aforementioned responsibilities.

Skill sets required include:

- Consistent display of leadership skills

- Strong technical knowledge in the area of Governance, Risk & Compliance

- Considerable project management experience

- Experience in independently leading marketing or marketing communications activities, preferably at a service company

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Entrepreneurial mindset

QUALIFICATION:

- Qualified CAs and MBAs from top business schools with more than 12 years of experience
