Main Purpose : - This role will act as Business Relationship Manager for enabling functions. It will also be the single point of contact for the Business for the master data for transformation projects. - This role will coordinate the business effort on the Harmonization, Standardization of data governance process and will be responsible for data quality. - This role will also govern the DMO Cell and ensure compliance to all Company's processes and also ensure data maintenance is done in a timely and accurate manner. - This role will also lead the integration of data and legacy solution impact during implementation of global / sector programs. - This role will work closely with Data & DD teams to harmonize the India master data with global standards. Responsibilities : - Partner Enabling functions - Legal, HR, Corp Com for driving the demand for IT solutions. - Work closely with D&D and PMO teams to deliver the demand. - Work on change management and value realization from IT projects. - Lead the Master Data (DMO) cell and is overall accountable for updation of master data in the timely manner with accuracy and compliance with key controls. - Lead the Master Data Transformation project and work closely with the business to define the business data organization; business rules and data review mechanism. - Collaborate with the EA, GD&A, CTO teams to leverage the right set of tools from the global standards to ensure data quality and integration. - Work with D&D Team to leverage SAP and workflows to minimize manual touch points in data upload. - Ensure compliance to PICT, GCS guidelines. - Define master data quality processes and aligns stakeholders for data cleansing activities. - Works closely with Global Architecture team on solution design. - Collaborates with D&D, CTO teams to lead the legacy data track in global project implementations. - Establishes data quality scorecard and publishes the same to relevant stakeholders. Qualifications / Requirements : - 10-15 years of experience out of which at least 5 years as a senior track lead, leading projects independently. - SAP implementation experience as a process consultant. - Data Management experience - independently handled Data Management Organization. - Led Data Track (including data compilation and validation) as part of large SAP / GTM projects. - Experience of implementing MDM tools in other organizations and worked on data quality improvement program. - Bachelors in Engineering, Degree in Computer Science. - Very good knowledge of Data Architecture and Data Integration & SAP and or GTM Solutions in emerging markets. - Good understanding of Master data processes and Business organization design. - Ability to manage stakeholders to the level of B2/B3. - Ability to Handle pressure - 24X7 escalations for critical asks. - Ability to communicate effectively to non-technical senior stakeholders. - Vendor management skills - handling multiple vendors. - Resource planning skills.
