JD Designation: Associate Director - Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Job Location: Bangalore Company: Big 4 Firm Job Summary: This is an Associate Director / Sr Manager level position that reports within the GDC COO's office and is responsible for enabling all strategic & operational decisions by GDC Leadership through Analytics & BI support. S/he should have prior proven experience in managing complex data and business analyses, measuring business performance and drive management of change in the dynamic and global matrix environment at GDC. Roles and responsibilities Business Intelligence- - Identification & Implementation of cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions. - Defines the metrics required to measure business performance, compares actual data to forecasted values, and develops the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps. - Manages complex data and business analyses to develop business plans and make recommendations. - Works independently to construct complex statistical models to forecast business performance. - Contributes to priority projects with complex analyses and assists in developing recommendations. - Works closely with business leaders to analyze data & provide intelligent reports based on historical and forecasted data - Relationship Management - Builds deep relationships with US branches, Branches in India, companies Global Services stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams. - Strategic Initiatives - Contribute to companies growth plans, provide thought leadership by researching trends & implementing industry best practices to take up the value chain - Process Design - Continuously engage with stakeholders & Operations team to understand their needs and define policy, procedures, or systems accordingly. Business Development - Build strong domain expertise and industry knowledge to enable better engagement with customers and improve companies market share - Participate or lead strategic projects or programs as required by the CEO / COO from time to time. Key personal attributes: - Ability to strategize and provide insights to effectively grow the organization - Excellent storytelling and MS Powerpoint skills required - Analytical mind-set having keen observational qualities and an eye for detail - Strong executive presence and articulation skills required to influence business leaders and stakeholders - Ability to drive change through strong collaborative skills and the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams. - Strong relationship building skills in a global matrix work environment Qualifications: - MBA from a Tier 1 business school - Certification in statistical modelling and tools is required Prior Experience: - 10+ years of post-qualification experience.
