Associate Director - Business Finance/Financial Planning & Analysis - Manufacturing Firm (10-20 yrs)
Our client is a leading manufacturing organisation and a market leader, with operations across the globe
Role:
Reporting into the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:
- Financial planning and analysis
- Supply chain finance and business partnering
- Stakeholder management and Strategy formulation
Key Responsibilities:
The role includes but is not limited to the following:
Budgeting and Business performance analysis of the business units in India
Formulating the long term strategy and driving the KPIs for BUs in India - Delivering top-line, EBITDA, and cash flow
P&L analysis including improving the reporting and planning functions
Stakeholder management and monthly budgeting, monitoring and management of CAP-EX spends
Support financial reporting at the group level including variance analysis and analysis of performance results
Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting required; MBA degree preferred
CA/CPA with minimum 10 years of experience in financial roles including budget/ planning processes and financial reporting processes
Prior experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry
Strong experience in FP&A, Business finance, Supply chain finance and Business partnering
Strategic perspective and strong communication
