Associate Director - Business Development - Retail/FMCG (10-18 yrs)

This is a pivotal role in building the Brand image of the Org by building relationships with Brands/Clients for the growth of services business of Company. She / He would be responsible for growing the company's business, increasing its revenues, finding new business opportunities, and building the company's brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- The role is responsible for managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities.

- Prepare business plans and budget for new projects.

- Manage and revise annual business plans and budget as needed.

- Take a lead in the development of proposals and dynamic business presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.

- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.

- Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integrations.

- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and achieve strategic goals.

- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss business opportunities.

- Generate new leads, identify opportunities, select the deals and lead and facilitate the pitch.

- Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, connect creation and inputs from various sources.

- Develop and implement overarching sales and business development strategies, sales processes, structure and best practices across the country.

- Support deal structure with business value analysis, negotiate prices for proactive bids & proposals.

- Keep regular contacts with past, exiting and new clients to explore new opportunities.

- Attend trade shows, industry associations, job fairs to improve companys visibility.

- Leader is expected to coach, mentor & groom team members; In addition, she/he is expected to be a role model for cross-functional teams as many of the projects will be delivered in collaboration with partner teams

- Sales techniques & Negotiation skills with high business orientation, Complete understanding of the Services industry, and relevant contacts in the industry. Stakeholder management, Strategic Formulation, Execution excellence, take stretch goals and accounatblity.
