Be proactive about solving problems even if its outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge 7. Requirements for the Role : Must Have : 1. 5 years of work experience in B2B Sales (Preferably SaaS) 2. Should be Based in Delhi, Mumbai or Bangalore 3. Preferably having experience of Sales involved with Long TAT 4. Good command of communication at least in two languages 5. Lead generation to Closure experience especially of high ticket size clients Skills : 1. Cross-functional collaboration - ability & personality to influence decision 2. Execution-focused - bringing threads/initiatives to logical closure 3. Ability to change/adapt - basis trends & early results 4. Attitude of getting hands dirty 5.
