You will be responsible for the Online Consumer Brand and all its Product Communication and Brand Initiatives. You will own Brand Marketing and Communication Development Strategies, Budgets, Execution Plans and Outcomes (Brand, Traffic, Leads and Revenue Metrics) across ATL, BTL, Brand Digital (Social, Content, ORM, Brand Video), PR and Brand Alliances. Be the lead interface for creative and media agencies w.r.t. Brand Marketing. Work closely with Performance Marketing teams to stitch a common audience strategy between brand and product/ performance digital.
You will be seen to be succeeding in your role if you are able build brand preference through an insight based, differentiated brand positioning and activities. Success will be measured through rapid increase in organic website traffic and enrolments for the programmes offered.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Strategic Brand Planning and execution of all Brand Campaigns (ATL, Digital, BTL, Integrated)
- Product Launches and Product Marketing through sharp consumer Insight driven Value Proposition Articulation expressed through Programme Brochures, Landing Pages and Performance Digital Campaigns
- Lead interactions with the Creative and Media Agencies
- Manage a team of 6-8 brand/ product managers and in house digital creative resources
Skills and Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing from a tier 1 or 2 Institute, with 10-15 years of experience in Brand Strategy, Advertising and Marketing
- Past experience in managing ATL, BTL, Digital and Integrated Brand Campaigns
- You should have managed spends of at least INR 40-60 Crore on Brand
- Ability to build idea based brands and stitch data together to measure success
- Exposure to high involvement/ consultative sales categories like BFSI, EdTech and Ecom is a plus
- Exposure to Global Brands in a high brand compliance environment is a plus
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
