ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Design reliable and high-quality business-relevant solutions for building wider organizational capability
- Partner with senior stakeholders and leverage his/her experience in Consulting, Learning Solutions, Team management and Relationship management to meet their strategic human capital requirements.
- Consult with multiple stakeholders in client organizations to understand their Talent development challenges
- Lead enterprise sales
- Ability to drive and/or formulate tailored proposals, presentations and other materials
- Creating winning proposals, bid management, responding to Global & National level RFI, RFQ and RFP
- Preparing teams for client meetings, leading the development of presentation materials, and synthesizing important issues
- Be responsible for program/project management of client engagements
- Strategic alliance and Partnership creation with customers across India
- Developing and refining tailored messages and/or value propositions
- Establish relationships and rapport with client service teams and firm leadership
- Driving Direct Sales, Inside sales and service delivery teams from account management perspective
THE INDIVIDUAL :
- Extensive experience in consulting organizations on large L&D interventions across management levels
- Ability to engage senior client stakeholders and play a thought leader role in the L&D space
- Exemplary project management skills
- A strong deal maker with impressive consultative sales style, negotiation skills, problem solving abilities, client assessment aptitude & relationship building & management
- Excellent understanding of the learning solutions market, including classroom, blended and eLearning solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship development skills, in-depth understanding
- Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
- Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen sense of responsibility, solid professional standards, excellent track record of dependability
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS :
- Post Graduate from a reputed institute
- Effective communications skills both written and verbal for interface with Clients and co-workers
- Proven track record of success in a solution-oriented, professional services environment.
- Work experience in a global consulting / advisory / professional services firm
