Job Description :

We are looking for someone to build and lead enterprise projects at OGS Analytics, a visionary who gets excited about building and leading analytics programs that deliver actionable insights to solve complex problems across the Healthcare continuum. Responsibilities :

Provide expert level consulting support to design and deliver a roadmap for analytics for Optum Operations

- Design and deliver analytical reporting solutions spanning a range of clinical and operational analytic projects

- Manage solution roadmap and specifications by by initiating and prioritizing application enhancements from time to time

- Build partnerships and work closely with internal technology teams and vendors to deliver solutions, provide periodic assessments of the business solution performance, adoption and return on investments

- Responsible for the design and implementation of self-service reporting tools and data management solutions that reduce the complexity of disparate, inconsistent and isolated applications that prevent efficient interoperability in the context of the complexity of global company with a massive range of implemented applications and architectures

- Manage deliveries of reporting insights through a team of consultants responsible for implementation and support across operational areas

- Summarize written findings, publicize results, and participate and share with senior leadership as appropriate

- Lead the interpretation of Clinical data in order to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends in data, as well as factors that could affect the results of research.

- Report results of statistical analyses in the form of graphs, charts, tables and advanced visualizations tools such as Tableau

- Serve as an active participant on cross-functional project teams and provide guidance and training to teams in asking appropriate questions, interpreting data, and translating into action

- Develop and maintain appropriate benchmarks with other organizations

Qualification - Required Qualifications :

Advanced degree (B-Tech / M-Tech / MBA) from Top-tier institute

- 12 - 14 years of experience in Consulting / Healthcare Analytics experience

- Prior Healthcare Experience Prior experience in setting up KPO division in an organization

- Strong exposure to MS Excel (including VBA), MS PowerPoint & an analytical bent to slice-dice business data

- Good communication skills (both oral & written) in order to participate in project discussions internally within the team & with end customers

- Ability to make need-based travel (approx. 25 - 30%) specific to projects in short notice (including internationally)- Excellent Visual design sense regarding clear and accurate presentation of data

- Self-driven, ability to work independently and facilitate change

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, technical, cross-functional environment

- Ability to work projects from inception to completion

- Ability to maintain understanding of numerous client processes

- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills

Possess excellent time management and prioritization skills in order to meet multiple deadlines; comfortable working in a high-paced/high production area

- Desire and ability to learn new skills, systems and processes

- Anticipate customer needs and proactively develop solutions to meet them
