Position : Associate Director- Advisory Services

Location: Bangalore

Work Responsibilities

- Responsible for Overall Business Targets for the Allocated Area (Part of the Region), with an equal focus on business development, execution.

Business Development

- Implementation of Business Development Plan in close co-ordination with Head Business Development and Regional Head, for the allocated operational areas

- Relationship Management. Maintain existing business relationships, and development of new relationships in the allocated operation areas.

- Market Development. Developing business in the allocated markets, along with key business tie-ups including sourcing agents, collaborators, connectors etc.

- Relationship Management. Championing the relationship Management for the region in close co-ordination with Lead Consultants. Designing the relationship management program. Maintain existing business relationships, development of new relationships/ supporting Lead Consultants in new relationships. Keeping tap of relationship management exercise carried out by Core Execution Team.

Project Execution

- Monitoring manpower engagement. Manpower allocation intra region Lead Consultants.

- Contributing to initial project brainstorming, and design of project activity schedule
