REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 8 years of experience in digital transformation and financial services market. - Experience in engaging/ influencing staff, senior managers and stakeholders to achieve organizational outcomes and Passion for forward-thinking digital transformation. - Strong interpersonal &amp; presentation skills - Prior team management experience and someone who is also comfortable to work as a hands on. - Exceptional communication &amp; stakeholder management skills.
