Job Profile:

- The incumbent will work with the client and project teams to support global engagements from India in driving company's strategic and operational initiatives, implementing innovative solutions, measuring results early and often, and ensuring performance meets the desired targets.

- Job responsibilities mainly include activities driven towards delivering results - leading and taking ownership of the projects, providing services and support for critical initiatives, establishing smart and efficient processes, supporting and working directly with project teams (offshore & onshore), facilitating meetings to enable decision making, conducting analyses and developing insights, organizing and preparing recommendations to address client problems, and participating actively in new business development, thought leadership and firm building activities.

Desired Profile :

- Should have strong program/project/product management skills and prior experience in managing or leading teams/projects.

- Experience in delivering transformation projects that have led to sustainable change and business benefit would be an advantage.

- Experience supporting overall program/project management performance goals (measures & metrics) to ensure transparency, predictability, and value realization.

- Experience in identifying & managing program/project risks, issues and support change management.

- Understanding of various methodologies such as agile, waterfall and lean principles.

- Ability to create models & dashboards which aid decision-making.

- Experience in generating data-driven reports of status, financials, and issues/risks with an innate quality orientation.

- Ability to engage in problem solving with a clear line of sight for implementation.

- Experience in creating process documents and automating operations for project work streams.

- Experience in benefits management by performing cost-benefit analysis.

- Ability to build strong relationships with global & local stakeholders and many different levels in the organization.

- Ability to take initiative, use good judgment to prioritize requests and be comfortable working with minimal direction.

- Clear and concise written and verbal communication across organizational hierarchy.

Tools/Technologies:

- Should know Advanced Excel, VBA, MS PowerPoint and similar tools.

- Experience in project management tools like MS Project, MS Visio, JIRA, Rally and Confluence would be an advantage.

- Experience in Data Visualization Tools (like Tableau/QlikView/MicroStrategy/PowerBI) and knowledge of ETL tools would be an advantage.

Professional and Educational Background: Only candidates with full time two years MBA program from tier 1/2 colleges eligible
