Associate Creative Director - Textile Firm (9-12 yrs)
Reports to : Director- Brand and Creative Strategy
- Company is a leading kids fashion brand positioned at the sweet spot of aspiration and affordability. The brand features the latest trends in kids fashion on its store online, and has served over 30 lac parents across 1,300 Indian cities.
- Head art and visual direction for brand Hopscotch. Ensure that the brand has an elevated and differentiated visual appeal on all customer facing touchpoints - site, social, third party platforms and marketing communication.
Teams to lead: Design, Editorial photography
- Work closely with Site Merchandising, social and marketing teams to conceptualise and execute campaigns
- Collaborate with external talent and artists whenever required, to deliver clutter breaking visual outcomes.
- Display a strong strategic understanding of how fashion and lifestyle brands use art to elevate their image and perception.
- Set a high bar for quality across the board - from your own contributions to the people you work.
- Constantly up the ante with strong brand thinking and strategically use design to solve problems.
- Have strong communication skills - written and verbal
What we are looking for :
- 9+ years of work ex in building and growing the visual experience of brands and creative teams.
- Prior experience in leading design teams at e-commerce platforms is a must.
- Undergraduate or Master's degree in Graphic Design or Art Direction
