Associate - DVP Client Review Team Lead, Counter party Risk, Credit Ratings @ Global Bank

ROLE :

Our client, a leading global bank, is looking for Associate  in the role of a team lead for its DVP Client Review team, at its offices in Mumbai.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- The role involves leading a team of 2 analysts with the team working on assigning ratings, reaffirming these ratings (on a semi-annual/annual basis), and track all factors impacting the performance of counterparties trading with the bank on a delivery versus payment (DVP) basis.

- The role involves extensive work with stakeholders including front office, credit officers, middle office, and operations. Preparing management information reports and taking up ad-hoc projects will also be part of the job.

- As a team leader, this role will involve ensuring process effectiveness, proper escalation of issues, resolution of conflicts, automation of projects, and effective project management.

REQUIREMENTS:

The prospective candidate should be a CA / MBA from a reputed institute, have 4 to 5 years of experience - of which approx 3 years should be in credit analysis (assigning credit ratings), having excellent communication & analytical skills, with experience in ratio analysis (required), data analytics and data management tools (preferred) and prior team leadership (preferred).
