Looking for Associate Corporate Litigation with one of the Law Firm in Delhi.

Associate - Corporate Litigation

Job Responsibilities :

1. Handle Civil / Corporate Litigation

2. Conduct legal research

3. First Hand Drafting Experience of civil suits, writ petitions, company petitions

4. Appearance before High Court, District Court, NCLT and other Tribunals

Experience :

Candidate should have experience of 1 to 2 years with a reputed (corporate) Law Firm

Educational Qualifications : Law graduate

Skills & Competencies :

- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

- Good interpersonal skills.

- A good team player.

- Possess strong networking skills.
