Associate - Corporate Law - BFSI - CS/LLB (2-6 yrs)
Qualification : CS and LLB (preferred)
Post Qualification experience : 2-6 yrs
- Experience person from listed NBFCs with strong hold over Companies Act, FEMA, Securities Laws and RBI Regulations for systemically important NBFCs.
- Strong exposure in corporate legal compliances, SEBI Regulations, RBI Regulations for debt listed NBFCs, including adherence with allied laws such as PMLA, Data Privacy, Cyber Security, etc.
- Exposure in equity funding raising, Merger and Acquisition, etc., shall be an added advantage.
