Associate - Corporate Finance - Real Estate (2-4 yrs)
This is a Corporate Finance role and will be reporting to the CEO & General Manager
The client is a market leader in the premium real estate segment, and their goal is to disrupt the real estate sector in India. They and is backed by eminent investors.
The Company is positioned for significant growth in the next few years, and is looking to expand with entrepreneurial individuals who enjoy a flat, flexible and fast-paced work environment.
The roles and Responsibilities include the following:
1. Financial modelling on new / live deals - should have worked on complex financial models in the past, including but not limited to DCF, other forms of Valuation, Equity and Debt raises and business planning.
2. Business investment analysis - having experience in analysing investing in businesses keeping in mind the macro and micro environment and stress-testing the returns thereof via sensitivity and scenario analysis.
3. New deal diligence activities - business and financial diligence, along with market analysis and creating investment memoranda.
4. Stakeholder interactions - to front-end equity and fund-raising activities including interaction with lenders (FIs / Banks / NBFC etc), lenders agents & advisors like legal counsel, financial advisors, insurance advisors, independent engineers, etc.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong financial modelling, analytic skills and presentation preparation abilities.
- Thorough exposure in deal analysis for onward submission to banks & financial institutions for sanction & funding.
- Implementing strategic functions such as Equity and Financial Analysis, Forecasting, Project Funding, MIS etc.
