Qualification: MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant/ CFA (USA) all levels cleared Experience: 6 months to 30 months relevant experience in M&amp;A /Private equity/Institution/Investment Bank/ Advisory firms/Corporates Competencies: - Strong financial modeling, presentation and written communication skills using MS Office - Good written and oral communication skills - Ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities under minimum supervision - Capability to handle client and other external stakeholders situations in transaction life cycle Job Responsibilities: - Associate would work with transaction manager in the entire transaction lifecycle starting from lead management, preparation of pitchbook, transaction collateral (IM, financial model) to deal consumation.&nbsp; - The job would also involve full ownership of internal and external documentation, compliance and MIS.
