Associate - Corporate/Commercial Law - M&A/PE - Law Firm

Opportunity with a leading law firm.

The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

- Interact with clients

- Provide technical legal opinion in simple and routine matters, or under guidance in complex matters

- Handle a range of work in the relevant sphere

- Protect and promote client relationships to ensure clients- success and identify and act on business growth opportunities.

- Able to analyze client problems and provide innovative solutions

- Assist in the development of juniors by mentoring & guiding them and providing them counsel and reviewing their work

- Candidates having experience into corporate/commercial law (advisory) preferable - Mergers & Acquisition,Private Equity etc.
