Consulting job opportunity for a passionate individual having hands-on experience in conducting market assessment, devising go to market strategy, designing growth strategy and developing client ready visualization dashboards using advanced tools such as Tableau/Power Bi etc.

You will be working extensively for the Retail/CPG/FMCG clients and conducting data analytics and diagnostics on large datasets to answer critical business questions.

Responsibilities :

- Developing industry and functional benchmarks and reducing time to insights and enabling rapid diagnostics.

- Designing and executing new benchmarking survey instruments, including assessing data needs and designing primary research surveys and sample specification

- Helping clients in their must win battles around product assortment, pricing, promotions and distribution

- Conducting data analytics and diagnostics on large datasets to answer critical business questions around where to play and how to win

- Developing database structures and visualization tools across industry and functional practice areas.

- Developing client ready visualization dashboards using advanced tools such as Tableau/Power Bi/Alteryx with minimum guidance

Requirements :

- Graduate with a maximum of 3.5 years and Post Graduates with 1-3 years of experience from a Tier-1 college with hands-on experience in Market research, Consulting, Go-to-market Strategy etc.

- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Macros, Alteryx and Tableau

- Exceptional analytical and technical skills, including knowledge of market research tools, data science and business intelligence tools

- Experience developing audience-right high quality presentations

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
