Job Title/Designation : Associate Consultant- Talent Transformation projects

Job Description :

As an Associate Consultant, you will be part of talent transformation projects. In this role, you should be able to support your team on delivering quality client service, insightful solutions and balance multiple priorities. More specifically, the successful candidate should be able to deliver and focus on following areas :

Client Development :

- Responsible for supporting consultants in client conversations in the core area of Leadership Development, Assessments, Culture and Engagement and Talent Management

- Support consultant/senior consultants in building client relationships for the practice by leveraging own solution expertise and linkage to other areas of work for

- Works with clients on solutions leveraging own functional capability and using data backed insights

- Contribute to building proposals and supporting senior stakeholder client presentations

Project Management :

- Responsible for quality and timeliness of work deliverables on client projects

- Predominant areas of work to be around creation of competency frameworks, design and administration of development centers, design and facilitation of leadership and managerial modules for leaders, talent reviews, succession planning, integrating talent management processes in the organizations, Engagement Surveys, Talent Analytics and HR program design.

Practice Development Initiatives :

- Work with project team members for design, solution and conceptualization of practice level initiatives and client solutions.

Other Details :

Education : Graduate/Post Graduate in Psychology; MBA/PGDM ( Christ/LSE/Lady Shriram College/Warwick/Kings College etc.)

Work Experience : 1+ Year of experience ( Fresh candidates from LSE )

Preferred experience : Human Capital Consulting/CoE role in Talent Management, Learning, OD

Travel : 10-15% travel outside and work at client locations

Experience : 1 to 4 years

Annual CTC : Rupees 7,00,000 to 10,00,000
