Teleperformance - Associate Consultant - Strategic Research Team

The Strategic Research team is part of the Knowledge Services T.A.P. COE that provides high end Technology, Analytics and Process Excellence services & solutions to external clients as well as other groups within our company.

We are looking for an Associate Consultants to join our team of strategic research professionals. These individuals will be required to :

- Understand client requirements - stated as well as unstated

- Clarify the objective, scope and timelines for the research

- Gather data/ information from multiple credible and relevant sources

- Structure the data/ information into a meaningful blueprint/ storyboard that can be presented for review

- Make presentations to clients and internal stakeholders, gather feedback and update the deliverable accordingly

- Juggle multiple projects at the same time

- Deliver to tight deadlines

- Work under the guidance of a senior project lead, operate independently, or mentor & lead junior team members, depending on the size/ complexity of the project and the requirement of the situation

Required Skills :

Candidates must possess the following skills :

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including good listening skills

- Clear and structured thinking, to be able to take a vague objective/ problem statement and convert it into a focused and actionable final output

- Ability to look at the big picture and drill down into details at the same time

- Confidence to communicate clearly with clients and senior business leaders, and guide them appropriately when needed

- Strong team skills, with the ability to work with different personality types

- Excellent working skills with PowerPoint, Excel and Word

- Familiarity with key Research databases, such as Capital IQ, Thomson One, Everest, Nelson Hall, HfS and Gartner

Education & Experience :

- An undergraduate degree in commerce, arts, economics, engineering or science from a reputable institute

- 4 to 10 years of relevant work experience in Strategic Research, Management Consulting or KPO environments

Preferred/ Desirable :

- MBA or other post graduate degree or diploma

- Experience in domains such as BPM, Healthcare, Travel & Transport, BFSI, Defence Support Services, and Government Outsourced Contracts

- Familiarity with geographies such as the UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia-Pacific
