We have an opening for Associate Consultant Retail for one of the consulting company in Mumbai.

Position: Associate Consultant Retail

Engineer + MBA from a premier institution with a strong academic background. Premier institutes would include IIM A, IIM B, IIM C, IIM L, IIM I, XLRI, FMS, NITIE (only PGDIM course), JBIMS, SJMSOM.

Experience:

Minimum 1.5 years of post MBA experience. (preferably 2015-2016 batch)

Minimum 1 year experience in one of the following functions:

Store Operations

Category Management/ Merchandizing

Store/ Market Development

Should have led a team of at least 2-3

Experience in a leading Retail / Food-service company preferred

Additional 1 - 2 years of pre MBA experience would be an added advantage.

Should have excellent oral & written communication skills

Good analytical skills, sound conceptual base & working knowledge of finance.

Role:

Project Execution - Contributes to conceptualizing, data collection and analysis

Work in project teams under supervision of a Project Leader/ Engagement Manager

Support business development and knowledge initiatives

Participate in Organization initiatives

Should be willing to travel extensively
