Associate Consultant - Recruitment/Executive Search (1-3 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, build & manage client relationships.
- Develop a good understanding of the industry, our clients, their work culture, etc.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process - originating mandates, sourcing appropriate candidates, pitching roles to candidates, managing interviews with clients, negotiating offers on behalf of clients & candidates.
- Headhunting - Identifying and approaching suitable candidates who are not actively seeking opportunities.
- Support and manage daily deliverables in a fast-paced and time-bound environment.
- Ensure timely delivery & execution of open job roles with clients.
- Continuous market mapping of the complete candidate universe relevant to the team.
- Manage clients and advise them through salary benchmarking and market mapping.
- Tracking people movements.
Should possess:
- Excellent interpersonal, networking & communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking skills & a problem solving mindset.
- Good time management skills
- Should be well versed in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
Preferable:
- Experience in recruitment or executive search or talent acquisition is highly preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in market mapping and sourcing talent.
