Role - As a People Consulting Practice Consultant you will be working on projects that will help ANSR position and channel its expertise into products and service offerings to new and existing clients. You will be expected to be comfortable with primary and secondary research techniques, be familiar with creating a vision and story and charting the path of such products and services that will be part of ANSR's flagship offerings to its clients. You are expected to build minimum viable products of the offering and present the same to internal leaders and stakeholders. The position also allows you to explore various facets of the People practices at ANSR and be mentored by senior executives and SME's in the business Skills - - Some knowledge of HR processes & operations - Ability to communicate effectively and articulate thoughts - Good presentation skills - Project management basics - Well versed in MS Office tools: such as MS Word, MS PPT & MS Excel - Data Analysis and Insights (Basic Data Handling: Ability to understand basic data attributes and able to organize data in a usable format) - Systems Thinking: mindset towards connected processes and ability to identify potential digitization opportunities Nice to have- - Experience working in HR systems / digital transformation projects - IT industry background Location - Bengaluru, India
