Associate Consultant - Pharma - IIM

Job Description:

- WhizRx (whizrx.com) is creating a revolution in Pharma Market Research with our product, ZoomRx (zoomrxresearch.com).

- With the demand for ZoomRx taking off, we are looking for an ‘Associate Consultant’ (AC) to ensure ultra smooth execution of our Market Research.

The following would be your role and responsibilities if you were to come in as an Associate Consultant.

Role:

- Your role will be two-fold. First, you will build and manage a community of Physicians who will participate in ZoomRx Market Research.

- Second, you will ensure clockwork-like execution of all ZoomRx projects by coordinating various aspects of the project.

- Both these roles require you to be immensely creative, extremely responsible and meticulous about meeting goals in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities: ZoomRx Physician Panel Building

A large & engaged Physician community is a pillar on which ZoomRx’s success will be built. One of your main responsibilities is to Build & Manage this community of Physicians in US & Europe.

To do so, you need to:

- Understand the scope of the research project and identify target Physician segments for panel building

- Run marketing campaigns to attract Physicians to ZoomRx panels

- Develop strategies to drive favorable consumer behavior within target physician segments

- Work with upper management to identify ways to engage the Physician community

- Tactically ensure that all research goals and metrics are met

- Be responsible for building and engaging a large Physician community and make sure that the community stays large and happy

Requirements:

- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst at an IT company

- MBA and strong academic credentials; Bachelors in engineering, business, economics or other quantitative disciplines

- Proficiency in common business software tools; proficiency with MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word is required

- Knowledge of databases (mySQL), web-technology and mobile-technology a plus

- Strong attention to detail and high standard of quality
