Education: Msc/MA Psychology (first preference)  Institute Preference- Foreign Institutes/ Delhi University/ Christ University  Batch 2016-2017  The current offering of this vertical includes:  - Employee Engagement from designing customised surveys for clients for measurement, to providing rich insights, to supporting action steps planning and implementation including capability building  - Defining organisation's Employee Value Proposition and alignment of the same with people practices and behaviours for implementation  - Defining and measuring culture alignment   This vertical has been growing at a rapid pace for the last few years and aims to not only retain its market leadership, but increase its market share year on year.  ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITES-  The person in this role will be responsible for managing projects and developing the Engagement business. This will involve managing medium to complex surveys along with consulting assignments around Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and Culture. The role would also involve development of solutions, market strategies and development of new offers or client segments to achieve business growth objectives.
