Associate Consultant - Decision Analytics - Consulting Firm (2-4 yrs)
Job Description
Decision Analytics Associate Consultants coordinate the execution of project logistics for clients and project teams. Associate Consultant's leverage their analytic skills to derive insights and solve business problems across an array of sales and marketing engagements. In particular, Associate Consultant's apply problem-solving frameworks to client issues, support clients in change initiatives, and employ advanced analytic techniques to help guide client decisions.
Responsibilities
- Leverage problem-solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions to client business problems
- Guide teams in collecting data, developing custom analysis tools, analyzing results and creating high- quality deliverables
- Design custom analyses /statistical models using tools like Excel, Tableau, SAS, R, or any proprietary software
- Synthesize and communicate results to clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with client and internal teams to implement solutions
- Gain immediate responsibility for project deliverables
- Take initiative to advance problem solving skills and company's capabilities
- Teach, mentor and coach associates
Qualifications
- Engineering from Tier 1 colleges / MBA
Experience required:
- 22 to 40 Months (With MBA),
- 35 to 42 Months (Without MBA)
