Associate Consultant - Corporate Governance Industry (1-5 yrs)
Introduction:
We are hiring an Associate Consultant for our client company which is a leader in the Corporate Governance industry.
Responsibilities:
1) Undertake short-term or long-term projects to address a variety of issues and needs.
2) Meet with management or appropriate staff to understand their requirements.
3) Use interviews, surveys etc. to collect necessary data.
4) Conduct situational and data analysis to identify and understand a problem or issue.
5) Present and explain findings to appropriate executives.
6) Provide advice or suggestions for improvement according to objectives.
7) Formulate plans to implement recommendations and overcome objections.
8) Arrange for or provide training to people affected by change.
9) Evaluate the situation periodically and make adjustments when needed.
10) Replenish knowledge of industry, products and field.
Qualifications:
1) Degree in business administration or related field required.
2) 1-5 years of proven experience as consultant or project management.
3) Knowledge of data analysis and research techniques.
4) Knowledge of business software and IT systems.
5) Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with a wide selection of business management software (CRM, ERP etc.) and databases.
6) BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in a specialized business field beneficial.
7) A great listener with ability to communicate with people of diverse disciplines.
8) Analytical mind with excellent data collection, analysis and problem-solving skills.
