Hiring for one of the Global leading Strategy Consulting Organisation for Steel Sector

Position: Associate Consultant / Consultant

Job Location: Mumbai

Qualifications:

- Engineer + MBA from a premier institution with a strong academic background. Premier institutes would include IIM A, IIM B, IIM C, IIM L, IIM I, XLRI, SPJain & FMS. Candidates must have a good academic track record.

Experience:

- 3-4 years of post MBA experience. (preferably from 2013 to 2016 batch)

Exposure in

- Strategy formulation,

- Channel management/ Go-to-Market strategy

- Should have led a team of at least 3-4

- Experience in a leading company preferred

- Additional 1 - 2 years of pre MBA experience would be an added advantage.

- Should have excellent oral & written communication skills

- Good analytical skills, sound conceptual base & working knowledge of finance.

Role:

- Project Execution - Contributes to conceptualizing, data collection and analysis

- Work in project teams under supervision

- As a Consultant, the role would entail managing and delivering project modules independently. In some cases, would be responsible for managing a team and giving them overall guidance & direction.

- The candidate must have strong domain knowledge to be able to provide insights to the team and contribute to knowledge & organizational initiatives.

- Actively support business development

- Participate in Organization initiatives
