Job Title : Associate Consultant / Consultant / Senior Consultant

Job Location & Type : Gurgaon, Full Time

We are looking for full-time Associate Consultant, Consultant, Senior Consultant for our Gurgaon, India Office to help us in formulating and implementing cutting edge solutions in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) Industry.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Leverage new problem solving techniques to build insightful new strategies.

- Construct insightful and detailed quantitative models and uncover insights.

- Conduct in-depth industry or company level financial analysis.

- Independently conduct market research including new industry trends, changes in industry structure, competitive landscape, and other topical research.

- Interview clients and industry experts in collaboration with team members.

- Create concise, easy to understand, and impactful written end products.

- Work closely with internal team and clients to deliver outstanding work products.

- Gather, validate, and analyze critical data.

- Contribute heavily to building the firm and its culture.

Qualifications & Skills

- Strong academic record with 1-4 years of experience in consulting/business advisory (preferably in research).

- Structured thinking with the ability to logically breakdown business problems into effective solutions.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and data manipulation techniques.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, other analytical tools like R/Qlik/Python preferred.

- Effective presence and communication skills - both inter-personal and written.

- Excellent client management and engagement skills, collaborates well across multiple communication channels.

- Proven leadership capabilities and a team player with ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative and highly intellectual environment.
