Industry: Open (Lifesciences/ Pharma / healthcare sectors - good to have)

Qualification: Bachelor's degree required

Experience: 1.4 years - 3 Years Associate Consultant

3 Years - 5 Years Consultant

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (including but not limited to business, economics, applied mathematics, physical or life sciences, engineering, marketing, psychology, statistics, or relevant fields) from a top tier university; Demonstrated interest in the life sciences field and strong academic performance in coursework

- 1-5 years of relevant post-collegiate job experience - Healthcare industry is preferred

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Desire to learn, proactiveness & high motivation

- Good work ethic & investment in the success of the project, the team, and the company

- Empathy, adaptability, maturity & sense of inclusivity

- Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset

- Team player with emotional intelligence and professionalism

- Sense of responsibility and self-awareness.

- Should have done Primary Research before & interviewed Doctors/Patients/Nurses.

- Profiles can be screened with skill sets like - Message testing / Concept Testing/ Patient Journey/ Value proposition/Landscape Research
