What You will do Everyday?

- Leverage problem-solving skills and frameworks to address client business questions

- Structure & conduct market research and/or desk research to derive insights and recommendations to inform client decision making

- Design and execute custom analyses and response grids using tools like Excel, Access, and Trinity's Proprietary software

- Synthesize & communicate results to clients & internal teams through oral and written presentations

- Demonstrates attention to detail and uses best practices for quality control to ensure error-free work

- Collaborate with client and Trinity's global/local teams to implement solutions

- Is accountable for all project deliverables and serves as a key point of contact for junior and global team members

- Drives innovation and proactively participates in firm building activities

- Receptive to coaching - seeks feedback, actively builds on feedback, and offers thoughtful feedback to others

- Exerts intellectual curiosity to learn relevant market or functional information and contributes independently to team meetings

Your Superpowers:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (including but not limited to business, economics, applied mathematics, physical or life sciences, engineering, marketing, psychology, statistics, or relevant fields) from a top tier university; Demonstrated interest in the life sciences field and strong academic performance in coursework

- 2-4 years of relevant post-collegiate job experience - Healthcare industry is preferred

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Demonstrated personal initiative in previous academic and work experience

- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently

- Aptitude for and enjoys working with global and local teams

- Desire and ability to coach and mentor junior team members and is responsible for their growth
