Job Description

Associate Consultants / Consultants coordinate the execution of project logistics for clients and project teams. Associate Consultant/Consultants leverage their analytic skills to derive insights and solve structured and unstructured business problems across an array of engagements. In particular, Associate Consultants / Consultants apply problem-solving frameworks to address client issues, support clients in change initiatives, and employ advanced analytic techniques to help guide client decisions.

Responsibilities - 

- Leverage problem solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions to client business problems

- Guide teams in collecting data, developing custom analysis tools, analyzing results and creating high-quality deliverables

- Bring in structure, framework and/or a process-oriented mindset

- Apply analytical rigor for addressing broad, open ended, strategic problems and make sense of abstract business issues

- Develop multiple approaches for solving a business problem

- Synthesize and communicate results to clients and internal teams (offshore and onshore)

- Collaborate with client and internal teams to implement solutions

- Gain immediate responsibility for project deliverables, timelines, risks and contingency plans etc.

- Take initiative to advance problem solving skills and company's capabilities

- Drive and lead telephonic conversations with company's onshore teams and clients

- Communicate complex ideas and relay recommendations in a storyboard format

- Teach, mentor and coach associates

- Design custom analyses using tools like Excel, Tableau, SAS, R, or company's proprietary software

- Develop advanced statistical models that relate marketing or sales activities to financial results

Qualifications

Graduates with bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline with 3-7 years of prior relevant experience in business, economics, marketing, physical or life sciences, engineering, operations research, management science, applied mathematics or statistics. In lieu of an MBA, 2-4 years of relevant work experience may substitute. In addition to a strong academic record of analytic and quantitative work, typically demonstrated through consistent top marks in university, we seek individuals with the following personal skills:

Education - MBA + Engineering (Preferred), Engineering should be preferably from tier 1 engineering institutes
