Associate Consultant/Consultant - Executive Search (10-12 yrs)
Consultant - Executive Search and Consulting practice
Key Responsibilities:
Assignment Execution
- Project lead for an end to end execution of senior leadership engagements with complete ownership of client and candidate management
- Leading and creating a high quality clients deliverables/documentation in executive search process- role specification, search strategy, candidate mapping and assessments and client presentation
- Ability to lead and deliver leadership consulting services - Executive Assessment, Succession Planning, Accelerated integration
- Ability to lead and deliver management consulting projects - Market intelligence, Competitive intelligence, GTM strategy, HR consulting
- Acting as a Thought-partner to Research & Consulting colleagues - Develop specialist knowledge into industry and company trends, talent landscape & compensation analysis
- Preparing BD and marketing presentations for the practice group and for the LinkCXO group
- Building and leading the knowledge management tool to help the internal stakeholders and executive team in driving leadership advisory services to our stakeholders
- Mentorship to the senior research analysts and research analysts to perform their daily work
Business Development & Sales
- Responsible for business development by identifying new sales opportunities and sell the services to the right target segment
- Act as a channel in highlighting potential business opportunities to the practice group, proactively monitoring and tracking relevant market developments, tracking people moves, following critical company developments and disseminating the information in a targeted manner.
Client Management:
- Act as a key contact for customer accounts and monitor customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery.
Personal attributes and competencies:
- 10+ years of strong experience in research and advisory, understanding of executive search and leadership consulting would be highly preferred
- Master's/Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1/Tier -2 Institute in India or Abroad
- Strong analytical skills, written & oral communication, Advance Power-point presentation & Excel skills
- Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards. - Makes good decisions when analysis of data is not sufficient to reach a conclusion
- Simplifier but at the same time things big, takes smart risks, is innovative and can think out of the box. Develops original ideas, approaches, and solutions to typical, unusual, or difficult situations or problems.
