Associate Consultant/Consultant - Digital & Customer Transformation


Job Purpose :

Manage one or more of Digital and Customer Transformation components of large-scale projects of moderate complexity with minimal guidance. Provide technical knowledge, coaching and training to junior team members. Ensure effective engagement management by achieving the required realization, revenue, and profitability targets. May participate in day-to-day management of team on engagements including coaching, providing constructive feedback and performance development.

Key Responsibilities :

Engagement and Project Delivery:

- Deliver highest quality deliverables, insights, and outcomes to clients, leveraging deep subject matter expertise, strategic thinking, and innovative approaches

- Contribute to the planning and day-to-day execution of engagements, including scope, resources, and timelines to deliver timely deliverables and achieve required revenue and profitability targets

- Provide technical knowledge, coaching and development to junior team members

- Contribute to business development activities including the development of proposals and thought leadership content

- Contribute to practice development initiatives and sector programs

- Preserve professional attendance, punctuality and personal appearance of self and project team always

- Foster an environment of continuous learning and development for self and others

- Support practice development efforts through training delivery and sharing project lessons learned

This role may involve travel within the Middle East region.

Required Experience:

- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience with at least 2-3 years in global consulting firms on the following domains:

- Digital and technology strategy

- Front office transformation

- Customer journey and service design

- Operating model design

- Enterprise Architecture

Required Skills:

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with professionals at all levels

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Written and verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills

- Project management skills

- Excellent analytical skills

- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

- Strong work ethic and must be proactive/self-starter

- Ability to engage in and enrich discussions, problem solving and strategic planning

Business Language Skills:

- Fluent written and spoken English essential

- Fluent written and spoken Arabic preferred

Qualifications:

- MBA from top tier business school or post graduate diploma in business, finance, economics from top tier university

- Professional Certifications Preferred
