The purpose of this role is to be accountable for the deployment of nominated learning programmes for UK Learning, be the first point of call for service line enquiries/queries and ensure programmes are deployed within budget and in the most efficient and cost effective manner. This role will ensure a consistent set of processes adopted across the LDS.

- Be responsible for course scheduling and the deployment of a range of Learning programmes working with fellow LDS to determine consistent, efficient deployment processes (20% of time)

- Work closely with Business Learning Partner and Programmes manager to build learning plan for year and implement.

- Be responsible for implementing and providing feedback on global virtual classroom (VC) administrative process. Be actively involved in the lead time up to every VC session and subsequently be present at the start of each, to support facilitators and learners in the event of issues (20% of time)

- Liaise with Training Operations to confirm learning programme requirements and ensure agreed service level agreement is being achieved

- Secure resources for delivery of individual programmes

- Resolve any resourcing and operational issues relating to the deployment of learning programmes, Escalation to occur only once all options have been explored and a potential solution proposed.

- Be responsible for ensuring UK Learning portal is up to date

- Monitor the budget monthly and provide finance lead with explanations for variance from budget Consider and make suggestions re the cost effectiveness and value for money of the programmes.

- Review course feedback summary and highlight constructive feedback and make suggestions re possible improvements

- Answer enquiries from delegates re course suitability and other potential options. Present at SL team meetings. Arrange 1:1 meetings with PMLs, course directors and SME where relevant. Allocations may change depending on work load.

- Adhoc projects and tasks to include monitoring inboxes and providing cover for other people in team when on holiday.

Required

- Education / professional qualifications

- Graduate/Post Graduate Prior Experience:

The candidate must have 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services firm / consulting / Big 4.

Experience & Background

- Experience in project management of learning events

- Experience in managing third party suppliers

- Use of virtual classroom

- Course scheduling and logistics

- Proven attention to detail

- Experience in using PowerPoint and Excel
